Client: Ky for Ky Industry: Telemedicine, Health & Wellness Project Type: Branding, Web Design, eCommerce, Telehealth Integration, Content & Marketing Strategy Overview Ky for Ky is a telemedicine startup that came to us at inception, ready to disrupt a rapidly growing and highly saturated space. With a core mission of empowering individuals to take back control of their health and appearance, Ky’s focus spans weight loss, hair growth, men’s health, women’s health, and anti-aging solutions—all powered by prescription-strength treatments. Our task was to build a bold, standout brand and digital platform from the ground up, while crafting an ecosystem that communicates both clinical credibility and lifestyle-forward empowerment. Brand Identity & Logo Design We began with the logo, inspired by the “on” button—a universal symbol for power, action, and beginning. This visual anchor reflects the core of Ky’s message: taking charge and starting a new chapter in one’s wellness journey. The overall brand identity was built to feel vibrant, modern, and confident, capturing the energy of transformation while remaining clean and trustworthy. Website Design & Telemedicine Integration The website was designed with a mobile-first approach, emphasizing accessibility and ease of use. From intuitive navigation to vibrant visuals and empowering language, every element was crafted to inspire confidence and action. We also implemented a telemedicine platform integration, connecting users to a network of board-certified doctors. Each product page is tied to a custom-branded intake form, triggered by a clear call-to-action. After completing the form, a medical provider reviews the patient’s information to determine eligibility. If approved, treatment is prescribed and shipped within two days from the closest in-network pharmacy hub—creating a smooth and efficient customer journey. Product Strategy & Packaging We worked with the Ky team to curate a suite of beauty-focused prescription offerings that blend medical efficacy with aesthetic results. We designed product mockups, packaging, and labeling, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints—from the unboxing experience to the digital interface. We also advised on pricing strategy, conducting a competitive market analysis to ensure affordability without compromising on quality. Content Marketing & SEO To support organic growth, we developed weekly blog content built around strategic SEO keywords, targeting users searching for real solutions in beauty and health. We also created engaging content pieces such as healthy recipes and lifestyle tips to support customers throughout their wellness journey and build a sense of ongoing guidance and value. Marketing Campaigns & Social Media Our marketing efforts included launching social campaigns across Instagram and Meta platforms, with pixel integration to track performance and optimize campaigns in real time. We also created UGC-style content, branded posts, and story templates to reflect Ky’s voice and reach a broad yet specific audience. Sales Enablement & Investor Materials To support internal and external growth, we developed a Brown’s Book—a visual and messaging playbook for Ky’s marketing and sales teams—and an investor pitch deck, highlighting market positioning, product strategy, and brand potential.
