Client: Omica Organics Industry: Organic Wellness, Retail & Wholesale E-commerce Project Type: E-commerce Development, UX/UI Design, B2B Integration, Digital Strategy Overview Omica Organics, a long-standing leader in organic wellness and sustainable living, approached us to overhaul their outdated website and streamline their growing e-commerce operations. With a large product inventory that spans retail, wholesale, and bulk orders, the brand needed a modern digital experience that catered to both everyday consumers and business clients—while remaining accessible to their loyal, often older, customer base. E-commerce Platform Development We built a robust, user-friendly e-commerce platform that supports a wide range of product categories—from organic hair and bath care to agriculture and growing ingredients. Designed with clarity and simplicity in mind, we emphasized larger font sizes and a clean layout to improve legibility and navigation, particularly for older users. The updated platform enables both retail customers and B2B buyers to shop seamlessly. We also ensured integration of gift cards, promo codes, and strategic CTA buttons throughout the shopping journey—encouraging purchases, repeat visits, and engagement. Wholesale Integration: Materia Organica Omica Organics also operates Materia Organica, its sister brand specializing in business-to-business wholesale. We implemented a secure and seamless wholesale portal with tiered pricing and quantity-based discounts, enabling verified business clients to place bulk orders with ease—without disrupting the retail side of the site. Community Building & Email Strategy To help Omica tap into and expand its existing loyal customer base, we introduced email capture prompts and newsletter CTAs at key touchpoints. This allowed the brand to build a dedicated mailing list and create a direct marketing channel for promotions, new product launches, and educational content—strengthening the relationship with their community and increasing conversion. Mobile POS & Real-Time Order Integration To optimize internal operations, we created a custom iPad-friendly mobile solution that allows Omica team members to take phone orders in real time—ideal for older customers who prefer calling in. This solution integrates directly into the company’s Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and streamlined customer service.
